Event Description

Embassy Review : I got there at 6:30 am for my 7:30 appointment. Even though the appointment letter says Non-Immigrant it is considered Immigrant for the interview process. Just follow the instructions of the embassy employee out side and you will be fine.

I was given entry at 8am after showing my valid passport and DS-160 confirmation, at the desk you receive a manila folder to place all your documents, please take my advice and have everything in order and labelled, it will make your process much faster.

I was called in after about 15 mins of waiting I was called in the give an officer (Trinidadian) all my documents, she also took my finger prints, after reviewing and verifying everything she asked me to take a seat and wait for my interview. She was extremely pleasant and helpful.

At 9 am my mane was called, I went in and was greeted by another officer (American), he had a couple questions for me, how we met? when we got engaged? a couple other things. It was a breeze

At 9:20 am i was out of the embassy with my approval letter!!!! I give my experience a 10, I Believe once you are honest and organised, your experience will be just a great Good luck
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
