Consulate Review: Mumbai, India Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : September 3, 2014 Embassy Review : My interview was very simple. I guess i was lucky. I was only asked the following questions. 1. What is your fiance's name? 2. How did you meet? 3. Is it love or arranged marriage? 4. When do you plan to get married? That's all. Then the officer said, "Do you know about your right against domestic violence? You will have to marry within 90 days of your arrival in the US. Your visa will be ready for pick-up in a few days".
