Went pretty smoothly. Didn't take very long at all. But it was very quiet at the airport when we arrived. Hardly anyone in the visitors line. Had to go back because they forgot to stamp my customs form. Asides from that, no problems whatsoever. |

Interview notification arrived 16th July 2006.
Went to interview. Everything went smoothly, only in the interview for 10-15 minutes. Interviewer was really nice and explained everything we needed to know. Our interviewer also took my white I-94 from my passport. |

Never received EAD, but was told they were approving it at the AOS interview, but I would never get a card for it. |

As you can see from my timeline, things went pretty smoothly. Biometrics was fairly quick and easy. Had a Saturday appointment so I was expecting it to be chaos. I got my approval by email the day my 2 year card expired. No complaints at all about the process. |

Had my interview an hour after my scheduled time (I believe, due to paperwork mix up from the front desk, just unlucky in that respect!). But the interview was straightforward. IO was nice and professional. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
