My fiance was advised that once I send them(the embassy) the original they will mail him his passport and visa. I am doing so today. Additionally, he was given instructions on how to sign up for DHL service. Otherwise, the visit was better than he anticipated according to him. He arrived at 9am or a little after for his 9:30am appointment. At 10:17am he called me with the outcome. I'm guessing because it's Christmas eve the embassy wasn't as busy. As for the questions, he wasn't asked many, just the basic, "how did you meet your fiance?", "have you ever traveled to the US?" etc. Called the DOS today 1/13/2014 and was told my case is under "administrative processing". - CEAC Website Visa status changed to "issued" on 2/26/14 -Waybill number received 2/28/14 -Visa picked up on 3/4/14 Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 294 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
