Pretty much approved during interview, but missing the medical and police certificate since they scheduled my interview early - but consulate mentioned it didn't really matter, I could just send it in after. They even said it was okay to start booking airline tickets...! |

My AP did not update on the USCIS case status website, but when I received the EAD card in the mail, it showed that it was an EAD/AP combo card. |

Took about 3 hours total, with the interview time lasting about 10 minutes with each interviewer. First interviewer just prepared you with the bulk of the questions and to check if there are inconsistencies within your app, then the second interview, makes you swear that all info is correct and approves you.
Everyone was really nice to me. Though I did see them ask questions that aren't tough, but in a tough way, to applicants that seemed to have holes in their stories.
They asked me things like where did you two meet, have you met each other's parents, how many times were you in the US, have you ever been arrested, what I studied when I was on a F1 visa in the US, what my fiance does for work and what he likes to do in his free time, where we plan to live, what I plan to do, etc. Very standard and easy to answer questions! |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
