i got married in july 2011 and we could collect all documents till mid 2012, we submitted in april and on 3rd may we got our case and after that got an interview on 28nov2012. on interview there was no serious question was made all question were same like always. when you got married ? where you got married ? what did you did in abroad before your marriage (as i was student abroad bt not is usa )now whats your profession. and lastly how you son is living without her mom *( my son born and lives in usa visa officer made a wrong question to puzzle me ) and FINALLY he said, there is everything all right with your case but we need some administrative process on your case and we will let you know very soon when we will be finished. i was so sad coz i knew what was that mean so at the spot i asked him why so why AP ? when there is everything all right with my case and nothing is wrong with my documents ? i can afford to wait so long because i have a little kid over there in usa and its hard for me to live without my wife and kid . he said , sir we can understand you but we need a little attention on your case i told you there is nothing wrong only your police certificate is expired that's why... i replied ofcourse it will be expired because you have give me a long date of interview after submission of documents , if you have need that why you didnt mentioned it before my interview so i can bring that now for you.. he said sir we can do anything right now we will let you know as we will solve your case and saying this he gave me 221g GREEN paper and returned me all orignal documents and tax papers and asked me to submit my pasport i gave him my passport and he gave an pink ( dark maroon) TOKEN.. and said when we sill send your passport with visa you can collect it by showing this token. and every month and every day i was cheking my status and it was in AP .. sevrel contacts i made and sevrel email i sent to them and they replied and most important they updated my case every month sometimes 3 or 5 times in a month , and now on 29sep 2013 they send me an email to provide fresh medical report and ds230 filled and photos .. after 15days of this when i saw my status that was , EXPIRING SOON.. ( this is not so serious as i understood, this usually happens when your ds230 and medical report expires.).. I SEND them an email to update my case.. and this is my story yet... my son now 1.5year old MASHA ALLAH. and now we both me and my wife are suffering this AP. each day and each month , yet i dont know how many days left behind under this horrible A.P. .. Pray for me and give me some words i really need them ... because its hard to live without your loving ones.. sometime i loose myself. |
