Comments : 11/07/2013, we transferred this case to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.
11/08/2013, we transferred your case to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case

11/15/2013, The I130 was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made

11/25/2013 I-130 have been approved

1/10/2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing.

1/16/2014 NVC received (called up and ask for the updating - they said "Please allow us 10-20 days for the Visa Case number)

2/11/2014 "The case is on the computer system, and please allow another week or two to get the assigned case number"

2/21/2014 I've been called up EVERY SINGLE DAY (except the Snow & icy day from East Coast). I finally got the NVC case number, this is really hurt everybody. Just keep your hope, pray for everyone. (It's totally 25 BUSINESS DAYS, included the Snow & Icy day since they'd received the case from USCIS)

2/25/2014 received Notice thru CEAC online " the case has entered termination DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY ANY FEES

2/26/2014 received and paid the AOS & IV fees at the same time

2/28/2014 AOS and IV appeared PAID & DS-260 filling information (one thing that you have to REMEMBER - if you have an attorney for your case, so you DONT HAVE TO WORRY about the DS-261)

3/3/2014 received the I-864 package (AOS information). TIPS: if you had your attorney with your case, MAKE SURE you rush them AND complete the PACKAGE as soon as possible and SHIP with EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE - that would save really much time - Making sure the AOS & IV fees are PAID, the DS-260 & DS-261 are FINISHED at this Point.

3/7/2014 DS-260 online done submitting

3/12/2014 complete i-864 AOS package with petitioner signature, then send it back to NVC

3/13/2014 NVC received I-864 package via Express Mail

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
