Comments : Well we came in through LAX and it was quite nerve wrecking! they have changed their entire customs system. any way, we go though and my hubby was directed to a different area where he had another interview (whaaaaat? We where not aware of this at all!!!) and I wasn't allowed to wait for him in the waiting area or anywhere close to where he was I was kicked out of the area I had to go downstairs and pray that he knew where to find me because he didn't know I had been kicked out of that area...I waited for him around 45 mins although people told me it could take up to 4 hours!!!!!!! Very awkward! If you are going to pick your significant other at the airport and not flying in with them please be sure that he/she will be retained a little longer anywhere from an hour to 4!!!!

Event Description
Review Date : February 17, 2015
Embassy Review : Very quick interview, my husband arrived 1 hour ahead a few people where already in que. He says names are called at random. They asked him to provide information about our relationship to which he provided a big 3 ring binder with copies of all official documents, relationship information, marriage pictures and any other miscellaneous paperwork they might want to see, interview in total was around 5 minutes and he was asked basic questions as to where we met and how did we decide to get married. Great experience!!!!!!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
