Member Reviews:

POE Review: Orlando
Event Description
Entry Date : 2013-12-22
Embassy Review : We deliberately selected Orlando based on reviews here (and various past problems at Miami airport) and I'm delighted we did.

Straight to the head of the queue (over 400 people on the plane and it would seem only three of us using the US citizens line). Pleasant CBP fella immediately tore open my package and after fingerprinting took me to Secondary Inspection where he told his colleague it had been him that opened the documents.

The officer in Secondary asked me two questions (one was to clarify where it was I was to be living as he'd not heard of it, the other to check that I knew we had to marry within 90 days).

Total time from leaving the plane to clearing immigration and waiting for my bags was around 20 minutes.

Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
