How were you able to change your processing center to Nebraska?
Chokey on 2021-01-22 said:
I didn’t. Uscis did.
James Blunt on 2021-01-22 said:
Okay, noticed the Nebraska processing center is faster than the California, I have almost the same NOA1 date with you. I hope we get approved soon
Chokey on 2021-01-22 said:
Hopefully, let me know when yours gets approved that’s if it’s before mine.
James Blunt on 2021-01-22 said:
I’ll keep in touch

You interviewed yet?
James Blunt on 2021-11-08 said:
No I haven’t. Case is still with NVC waiting on interview date. How about you ?
Chokey on 2021-11-08 said:
Still at NVC too. When did you dq?
James Blunt on 2021-11-08 said:
May 28th. I’ve had two 90 days notice email. Seems it’s not moving at all

Bro, it’s been like 2 years now and still waiting for interview date. DQ’ed since 2021 May. I have tried to expedite a couple of times but refused. I got notified that you updated your status about citizenship, I also filed for citizenship in December. Will we be able to switch our categories and get to the front of the line or will we have to line up over again for IR1 after switching ?
Chokey on 2023-02-28 said:
Yo, I did the same thing also. When you become a citizen you should jump to the front of the queue depending on when your priority date is.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
