Event Description
Review Date : November 20, 2013
Embassy Review : She arrived early for her interview around 6 am and there was already a line about 15 people. She was first to be called for the interview and the CO had ask her why she only had 15 pictures of us together. The photos that we summitted were from Jan 2013 thru June 2013 with time and date stamps with the varies stages of her being pregnant. He didn't care about any other evidence of our relationship other than he wanted to see a lot of photos. He told her that the photos that we summitted wasn't her even though they were me, her, and her son. He had another CO come over to look at the photos and said they wasn't her which made her very mad. He asked her basic questions as what's your fiance name, how long have you know him, where does he live, and what does he do. As far as her son's interview they only showed him one of the photo's of us together and asked him does he know this man in the photo with him and his mom.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
