Jan 5th 2007 : Case got transfered from MN to California office because processing time is faster by 1-2 months. Case now Pending. Jan 25th 2007: Got biometric appt this week. Update : We are now registered as a new permanent resident !!! got letter in mail with our new A number. We got the GREEN CARD !!!!! on my wife's birthday !!!! can't believe it.

Jan 25th 2007: Got biometric appt this week. mar 17th 2007 : got EAD Last week. We are expecting the Green card this Summer !!!! As of Sept 3rd 2007: Case still pending. Sept 22 2007 : we just got another biometric appointment. Not sure why ?? Processing Estimates/Stats : Your EAD was approved in 81 days.
