The 3rd RFE was requesting my new joint sponsor pay stubs. Once I sent in the 3rd RFE his EAD was approved within a week or two ! Processing Estimates/Stats : Your EAD was approved in 131 days.

Consulate Review: Dominican Republic Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : April 3, 2014 Embassy Review : Since we had a cita, although we got there "late" at 6:25am we were still let in immediately. Since I had our baby with me, I was put ahead of the line and sat before my fiancé. At 7am they started calling numbers. Our interview was quick and she asked me most of the Qs in English . Where was I born What did I do How we met When Where our families lived Baby certificate How many times I had traveled to DR since meeting Asked him: What did I do When the baby was born Where Who was with me in labor Who I lived with What my mom did What my sisters did Pictures and baby birth certificate . Approved it and we paid Domex and left. We were not asked for the I-134 and weren't told to pay the famous $80. I think that once you pay all the impuesto at banco popular your set . We had the help of a lawyer in Bani who's helped most of my family that have gotten visa and residencia. The night before she got all our papers in order and quizzed us with questions. Rating : Very Good
