Appointment was 08:30, but we got there too early for interview. So went starbucks and had breakfast. and we back to consulate about 10 mins before interview.
We were number 1, had call just 08:30, give police record, I-864, pictures, passport and pay $230. I forgot i had to bring 2 picture of me but she said its ok and accept them.
And back to chair and wait they call again for interview 45 mins.
The guy asked
-When we get marriage?
-Do we have wedding and reception?
-When we had wedding and reception?
-He's(US citizen) family came to wedding? and who came?
-Do we have kids?
It take about 10 mins, and he said "Interview is done and your visa is approvable. You will get your passport about a week later. Have a good day."
They are nice but not a lot smile on face. So that makes me nervous. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
