Interview went well, I was there at 6 AM, be inside at 7:30 AM and took first number of immigrant visas interview, then be called at window 10, she was a woman and his job is to prepare required documents to interview and give back originals, she took medical, new criminal record, new photographs and 2013 tax return transcript of joint sponsor, then be called again to window 15 for interview, he was a debonair, cheery and respectable consul, then he asked me simple questions; When was the last time you see your wife? What's her job? What does she study? What's her address? How she became a citizen? When did you marry and where? What's your job? Then he said "everything is OK, but income of joint sponsor is a bit low according to 2013 tax, and you have to get a new sponsor, I'm sorry for the delay" (unfortunately i noticed that after i got joint sponsor papers two days prior to interview), then he gave me a 221 G paper and marked it on 'joint sponsor' and told me to send that paper with new joint sponsor papers, and within a week I'll get passport with visa on it, i asked him if there's any other problem and he said no, everything is fine.
Despite that, i was happy to got a nice consul and to finish that long journey. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
