My Husband Case was send back to uscis for second look ,then they send me on Feb 15 2013 intent to revoke blue papers and the explanation why they want to revoke his case, me and my lawyer Shilpa Malik talk and we gather all the document they need it and send it back to the uscis office and they told us we will notifiedf in 60 days well60 days past and noting then i called uscis to see what is going on with the cae they took the inquiry and they told me they will let me know in 15 days and just last night on June 13 i got email with this message Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

I Need help with this i don't know what is that mean now , revoked mean he can never come to USA any longer or we cant re apply for his case or i don't know any more please any help will do PLEASE HELP ANY ONE HAS A SAME PROBLEM AND HOW THEY RESOLVED
