DO NOT GO THE K-1 ROUTE....ITS WASTE OF TIME & MONEY......FILE CR-1 /VISITOR VISA.... 400 DAYS PLUS AND COUNTING FOR GENUINE CASE!!!!
Useless RFE- CIRCUMSTANCE OF MEETING: Was IMB involved?....My I-129F Item 55 clearly said NO....USCIS is just intentionally delaying K-1 Visa and wants more proofs.....I had to email NVC as they never sent anything for past 30 days...Very True. Discrimination and Harassment ...Mumbai consulate has come up with new rules for Indian applicants ONLY for 2018. Note the Notarized Statements which as missing in the checklist.... Joint finances, bank accounts, wedding cards, guest list etc. for any 90 day visa?...US Citizens, please complain to your US Congressman, US Attorney General and Consulate General as total harassment and intentional delaying tactics.....K1 VISA WAS DESIGNED FOR SPEEDY APPROVAL SO that Fiance could COME TO USA ASAP

This consulate is predetermined to give 221 (g) incomplete...So be prepared with the following documents(even you have everything from 221 (g) they won't entertain...
All US citizens, please complain to your congressman and civil rights. k-1 (life act is a joke) will take 12-15 months... waste of time and money....

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
