Event Description
Review Date : July 1, 2013
Embassy Review : Both of us were very nervous going into the appointment. I took all the documentation they asked for plus copies of what we already submitted. We waited about an hour and half after our appointment time. Eat and drink before you go to your appointment because they do not allow food or drink in the waiting area.
When we were finally seen, my husband was very nervous and didn't answer the questions very well. I told the officer that husband was nervous so the officer was kind enough to try to relax him by asking us some easier questions and joking around with us. We would have been approved on the spot but didn't have copies of my W2 and all of the certified letters of dispositions from my husband's various tickets. Besides the long wait which we expected it was a very good experience and I hope everyone else's process goes as smoothly.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
