Approve email received 1 hour later. infopass today. they said the approval date in the system was wrong. they made it in 2012 instead of 2014. so as a 2-year conditional green card, it is already expired. they destroyed the card. but they didn't follow up to correct it or send out a new one. now we created a service request to NSC to correct it.
