Interview date was 01/10 @ 12.30 Noon, arrives @ 12 allowed in @12.15 .
Queue #602:
Called @ Window 12 all documents double checked , received all originals sent to the NVC.
Waited another 20 Min was then called by CO Very polite, asked my wife name and DOB, has she ever been to the USA? asked my 9 year old son for his name, same with my 5 year old Daughter.. Handed her over some cadies as she was a bit scared then they become friend. Finger printed my wife....
THEN:
He said that I need a co-sponsor for my application!!!
I replied back, WHY? said you don't meet the poverty Guidelines???
I told him I make around 90K formally included in bank statements along an official attested letter from my Employer with my income.
Said, Back sorry but my colleague says you need it( the first person whom handed us our original Dox Back)
I then told him, what are the assigned poverty guidelines???? ( I already have a copy of it with)
he said he doesn't remember, so I gave him the copy , and informed him that I should only meet guidelines for supporting 1 ONLY, as both my kids are applicable for a WAIVER (I-864W), as they will automatically be citizens as soon as they enter USA SOIL.
He then, nodded his head and said I have to fill the waiver, replied that its already in his hands, as I can see it through the window!!!
he then said , OK APPROVED
U should be getting your visas with 10-14 Working Days!!!!!
WOWWWWWW, FYI,,, POD 28/03/2013
Thanx and good luck to all,
plz take very good care while talking to the first person in window 12..
Financial DOX everyone..... read everything very good. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
