Consulate Review: Afghanistan

Event Description

Embassy Review : My fiance had his interview at the Kabul embassy today. His process was good he said that he went through the security check and then he waited and they asked him for all the documents that he was asked tp bring with him and after that he did his finger prints and paid the visa fee.. Then he waited for the counselor to do the interview which only took about 3 mins.. they only asked him a few questions
1. How we meet
2. were do my parents live?
3. were am I currently working at?
4. last they asked him if his family was happy with our engagement.

They didn't ask for any further information or evidence which he had a lot with him.. They told him that everything was fine.. but now they have to do some administrative processing which will take a couple of months.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
