My husband (fiance at the time) was not nervous at all that morning. He had a 9am appt, but was there since 6am. he said he was 3rd in line. He waited until they called him, and when he went in, the officer asked him a few questions, including if I had any children, or did he have any. Where he was going to be in the US, as well as the plans we made for the wedding, then the officer said congratulations and to pay the visa fee and have a great trip. My husband said the interview took maybe 10 minutes. We are so happy that this was such a great journey for us with out any major mishaps. We go married in Dec 2013, and now expecting our first baby. We are truly blessed. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
