We got there around 7:30am (interview was at 9:00 am). We didn't see any buscones are outside, and the people got mad.
Don't take any lotion, makeup, any metal, no umbrellas or weapon look alike and no cell phone. I saw plenty of people with their watches. Including myself.
Got through metal detectors fine. "Kind of aggressive with elderly lady she didn't know that she can't take her cell phone" Got number 286. They started to call for the documents (it didn't go by order). We were called to window # 14, (very nice lady) to submit the police certificate. ( didn't asked ask for 2x2 pictures or ds260 comfirmacion" Then we went to window 1 for fingerprints. Then we sat down and waited to be called but the same number for the interview. They called out random numbers, so be alert.
We were finally called to window 18, a blonde, blue eyes short hair man was there mid to late 40s) he was nice but serious. Made us swear. He started with my husband..
To him
When and how did you meet?
How many siblings she has?
Their names?
Your wife date of birth?
Who pay this process?
Have you ever been in United States?
Or puerto rico?
Do you have any relative in United States?
***** I SAW THE GREEN TICKET!
To me:
Nothing like I wasn't even there
* he said all your papers are in order but my colleague wants to ask you some more questions.
So we sat down for a while then they called him again to office #47 he spent there like 45 minutes, they called me. Dominican guy friendly, fanny but curious.
He started asking questions.
Do you have scars? Where? Why?
How many kids do you want?
What do you work?
How do you get to work?
What kind of car do you have? What color?
Where do you work?
What do you do?
How do you get to work?
Who is your best friend?
Who is his best friend?
How many time had you been here since you married?
Who buy your flight?
When did you got married?
What did you guys did that they?
Was the party big?
Where did you go after a couple day ?
Do you parents know your husband?
What are his parents names?
How many siblings do you have? Their names?
Do you send him money? When was the last time? Who pay for the medical?
How many siblings does your husband have?
Why did you get marry?
Where was he born?
Did you know that your husband has 2 kids one of them is 2 weeks old?
When was your last fight? Why?
What did you gave him for his birthday?
What did you gave him for his last birthday?
What did he give you for San valentine? What else?
What did he give you last San valentine?
What did you brought him now?
Do you love him? Why?
Are you sure he loves you?
OK if by any time after today he doesn't behave just call me and I'll smack him. Sweeties you good have a seat.
So we sat down one more time, wait about 1hr they called him to the same window#18 with the first guy and his has our green ticket on his hand and said sorry for all this wait but here you go, now you can go pay at domex congratulations! We said thank you and we kissed
PD:
*we think that all that happened maybe because I'm 9 yrs older than my husband.
* also the judge who married us is in jail for fraud marriages.
*maybe the rate of fraud marriages has grown in the Dominican Republic and they are working harder to find those.
*it wasn't only us there we couple who have kids they were have 2 or 3 interviews.

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
