Comments : Interview was waived. Got RFE for I-693. We sent it, got proof from FedEx that it was received. Petition was initially denied on the grounds that we "have not submitted the required evidence." Got an INFOPASS appointment to present proof that we did comply. Our case was re-opened and eventually approved. Yay! Praise the Lord!

Comments : It was a very good experience. Thanks to flash cards, they were very helpful in reviewing for the civics test. Despite COVID-19 precautions, my husband was able to go inside the waiting area. The immigration officer who interviewed me was very nice and made an effort to keep me at ease. Overall, it was like a walk in the park, just like my K-1 interview. What a journey this has been! All glory, honor, and praise to my Lord and Savior Jesus Chist! This has all been by His grace.
P.S. Because of the pandemic, I had no actual biometrics appointment. On Dec. 10, 2020, I received a notice that I do not have to appear for an appointment. USCIS used my fingerprints on file.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
