We arrived at the Consulate Office around 4:00 AM, there weren't that many people on the line, our Interview was scheduled for 6:45am, but we waited until they opened at 6:00AM, everyone got a ticket (number)on the line. When inside some people were called by that number some people were called by their names. The numbers were given randomly, so every one was confused, they would call from number 300,to 130 and 800 yes, there was no organization outside the line; we got inside all we had to do was wait for the number we were assigned, and go to the window they announced. After so much waiting, we had our interview, the consul greeted us in Spanish, I started to talk in English, he asked me in English if my fianceé knew how to speak English, obviously not, I told him so, he started to ask me question in English then he asked my fiancée the same questions in Spanish, he asked questions like, How did you guys met?, When did you meet?, Were did I work at?, What type of job did I do?, Who was the friend who introduced us? Me and my fiancée were together in the spot, he asked for some pictures, he went through it, he said approved, we were happy, after interview we paid domex and left around 10:00am and now happily we are waiting for the passport, they said we should receive it between 2 to 3 weeks ") |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
