Consulate Review: Bangkok, Thailand
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 29, 2013
Embassy Review : My fiancee was interviewed by William Berry. She said that while she was incredibly nervous while waiting (4 hours), he was very nice and it helped her relax.

The first question was how we met, to which she responded that we met online.

He then asked who messaged who first, and she said she messaged me first.

He asked why and she told him that she thought I looked like Taylor Lautner.

His last question was why we had used her mom's address in Texas when we filed. She had to explain that I had relocated for my job and that I was staying with her mom while waiting to close on our house and that's why I applied for a change of address.

He then told her that we had been approved and that she should get her visa in 8 days and wished us a happy and successful marriage.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
