after over six months of waiting finally got a call. My fiance forgot to sign his G325A form. Easy fix. Praying to get that NOA2 soon.
Minutes after he faxed them, we got the email saying our petition was approved! yay! :) |

Embassy Review : |
my interview schedule is on 7:30. i arrived there at 5:30 and the line was soooo long. They let us in at around 7am. At the gate the DS forms were collected along with the appointment letter. gave us a number then had to wait until our number is called for the biometrics. Got done with biometrics at 9am. was asked to wait again for the interview with the Filipino officer. It was 10:30 when i got interviewed by the filipino officer. She asked only for the ff: passport, birth certificate, cenomar, nbi clearance, affidavit of support and my fiance's tax return. around 11am the US Consul called me for interview and he was very nice. He asked me who my petitioner is, how we met, where is he from and what are his hobbies. He asked for our pictures but barely even looked at them. Then he reminded me that i have to get married within 90 days and congratulated me. I was out of the embassy before 12nn! Im so thankful that the experience was very pleasant. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
