sent first Affidavit of support (AOS) paperwork in on 8/30/13, second email sent 9/6/12, they requested 2011 tax returns (not filed yet by accountant).
That was sent around 9/19, 9/20/12.
AP still for 1 year.
had request for passport, new medical exam, new police certificate on 9/27/13 - which was sent in via loomis on 10/3 and arrived 10/4. However, it was not received by Montreal Consulate until 10/25.
Visa "ISSUED" on CEAC website ~ 5pm on 11/14/13. and again stated ISSUED on 11/15/15. Arrived at Loomis location on 11/19/13. (3 business days later)
Did POE 11/24/13. Moved 3 days afterwards. Plastic Greencard was in mail on 2/17/14. they messed up our mailing address (despite us confirming and correcting in person, by mail, phone and online). |
