So the Vt Service center denied the visa and she and I went to the DR and got married and actually lived in DR for many years and then because many of my family members were having health issues we decided to file for a green card for my wife.

I am happy to say that on 24 May 2024 my petition was approved and was sent to the NVC on 27 May 2024. Now I begin the process with the Department of State and the Embassy in the DR.
