Comments : Petitioner: Original petition sent to VSC but transferred to TSC because of overload of petitions in VSC. Called NVC has not received anything from TSC and is concerned and I have sent an email for request for research on our EAC. Received email from USCIS and sending our information for the second time to NVC. Calling NVC today to see if I have to wait another 2 weeks before I can call to find out if they got it. We're moving right along now...NVC sent out our petition on the 23rd of July and received the notice on the 26th. Getting very excited. For my end (petitioner) waiting for employee letter which is taking the longest unfortunately.Well medical done on 8/22 and still waiting from word from the London Embassy. Went ahead and sent out Packet 3 a few days before the medical so just waiting patiently. Patience is slowly running out. Hard to be positive when we were transferred to Texas because of the overload and now couples that had their petitions filed in 2013 with the VSC are getting their interview dates and some have even finished the whole process for the visa. It would be understandable if they were any RFE's involved in our case however there wasn't. We've been together for almost 7 years and we are so ready to get our life together started. Hope to hear something this week. Filled out the contact info form for our visa so crossing fingers we will hear something before the week is over since it can take up to 5 business days for a response. Interview only days away. I am in such a great mood lately and I can't wait for Tuesday to get here. Hopefully everything will come out great (Which he has no worries :) ) and if it does go well then I will forever be in the best mood ever and the happiest girl in America forever. We have been together coming up to 7 years and this has been a long time of wait for us to finally start our lives together. We got our approval for our visa so now we can start our lives together and the flights are booked. Going to Scotland to see his family and friends before we both fly back to the states :)

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
