Embassy Review : yeehaw!!!! Personal questions were asked about my marriage like when, where and who. I was asked to look at my marriage pictures and show the consolate that evidence showing a marriage relationship. Remember that when you go to the embassy they randomly call the numbers. Being at the embassy early doesnt matter because you get a random number inside. So if your appointment is at 7:00 show up at 7. Not first come first serve. How long have you been married? What does your husband do for work? How old is your husband? Can your husband support you? Please show your husbands w-2 and employment information? Apparently age was not a factor. 5 minutes for prescreening(submit all required documents) and 3 minutes for consolute interview. Then go to delbros window 35 to pay fees for delivery. Then go home (the time is spent by waiting in line and number)
Rating : Moderate

Embassy Review : Interviewer was very friendly. She asked us how we met? She had some questions about my divorce 18 years ago. Anyway I was missing my G325 biographical information. She gave me sheet of paper for the request of the information and I was to send the G325 back asap. She then asked my wife about our baby. We were told we could not get the greencard until the FBI check was completed. No problem really we just needed to wait for that and we would not have to come in for another interview.
Harassment Level : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
