My wife traveled alone. She didn't speak a whole lot of English, but she did just fine. Her plane arrived at 4:30pm, and she was out through custom by 5:40pm. |

I got an RFE for I-751 because we only sent tax copies, health insurance, and car insurance. In retrospect, we definitely didn't send enough evidence. When we ended up with the RFE, we freaked out and sent more documents and explanation for not having other documents which we thought were not important before. Two weeks after our response to the RFE, we were so glad to get the approval letter. |

First off, I was not able to attend my wife's interview so these words are just from talking to her. Based on what others have already mentioned, and what my wife told me. Your interview decision (pink or blue slip) has already been decided before you are called up to the interview window. My wife said when she walk up to the interviewer who was professional and nice, she noticed the pink slip part of her case files. The line of questions were pretty standard.
1. How did you meet your husband?
2. How many times your husband visit you?
3. Where did you and your husband go to for vacation?
4. What do you and your husband enjoy doing together?
5. Where does husband go to school?
There were a few questions which my wife felt it was to test her. Like pointing to the picture and say the wrong location name to ask her how the trip was. All in all, the CO only looked at vacation pictures. He didn't bother with the wedding pictures, email, chat, phone logs at all. My wife waited 3 hours to be interviewed for less than 10 minutes. |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
