Comments : All went well was very relieved to be done. Started out leaving bout 515am from her sisters apartment and got about half way and she noticed she forgot the ring she wanted to turn around and go back i told her it would be ok but she felt so bad so we turned around and went back and got the ring. Got into the city bout 6am was at a stop light on maximo gomez and noticed a policia on my right i was talking with claudia so she didn't see him but he made eye contact with me.So the light turns green and i immediately have the buscones in my lane trying to park us so i try and go around them safely then there is another bunch of them go around them to only to pass the embassy so i try to turn and work my way back around only to be pulled over by the police. He said i was driving wrecklessly and was going to write me a ticket took my license and kept threatening to write a ticket,he was trying to shake us down for money. Claudia was trying to explain to what happened he didn't want to listen so she said let me call my brother and he replied call him.Mean time i was nervous bout the interview about being late and about the situation going on.She gets ahold of her brother and he said to give the police the phone 5 minutes later he hands the phone back and Claudia talks to Jose her brother and he said all will be ok they will take you to park. They didn't know her brother is very high up in the police force so we get a police escort all the way to the parking place. got in line waited bout 30 min. got inside and is exactly how everyone explains it. waited for our number to come up went and turned paper work in the man was pretty friendly went back sat down and waited. Number came up to go do finger prints went back and sat down. Then the number came up to do interview had a very nice man from Montana do our interview and all went well just asked me when and where did we meet and have i visited her face to face then they asked claudia if she had family in the U.S.where did they live, who is Elians mom and if she was married before. Then he said you guys are approved go pay domex. Paid domex and we were finished all in all we were in by 7am out by 9am was very easy we made it way to hard trying to remember everything. they looked at our pics but didn't ask for any of our documents

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
