Comments : Interview was at 730am. We were the first ones called into the office. They started out with the oath. Then they asked for original birth cert, passport,I-94, marriage cert. Then she asked about 25 questions. Questions were regarding her background. any criminal history espionage etc. Then she stated she was approved and should get her card in 10 days. She took her I-94 and EAD card. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Most of it spent watching her stamp papers and write notes and check off boxes. We brought a bunch of papers to support our true marriage and they didnt care to look. Very easy interview.

Embassy Review : My fiancee had a very easy time with her interview. She arrived at 730am and said there was a lot of people already in line at the embassy. She met an old lady that she helped the previous day with her medical and she let her jump in line with her. My fiancee had her son with her. They went in the embassy around 8am. She said the lines moved very quickly. She was sent to a window and spoke to a lady ( she said she wasnt very friendly) and it took about 15 minutes at this window. The lady was asking for each form that was required and had her sign them. Then she was sent to get her finger prints right away. She was then asked to go to the waiting area. She was called right up at 10am. She was interviewed by a young man. She went up to the window and he asked her to do the oath. Then he asked if she spoke to me in english or russian. She stated english and he continued the interview in english. She did say he seemed relieved that she spoke english. He asked how we met and then he looked up the site we met on from his computer. Then he asked when did I visit her and when did I ask her to marry me. He asked her if it was expected or unexpected. Then he told her she was approved. He did not ask to look through any of the additional evidence or pictures. She said it took about 5 minutes or less. She called me at 10:15am and she was already out of the embassy. It was very smooth and she said she was super nervous but after going through it she realized it really was very easy. She then received her visa for her and her son within 3 days. Very fast.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
