We arrived around 7:30am for our interview which was @ 8:05am. After checking in we were the 3rd couple on the list. We got called in around 8:15am and we were met by the famous IO Celieto Santos, the one everyone claims is really mean. Surprisingly he was super nice, i guess cause it was early. He fist swore us in and to our surprise he went straight into the evidence that we brought, he asked us for joint evidence with both of our names on it, then he starting to write in his notes, then he asked where we met, how i approached her, and what was the outcome, and then how long after we started the official "relationship". then he wrote some more. He then asked to see our wedding photos, he shuffled through them until he got to one of us kissing and my wife said he was staring at that one.. lol.. then he was just typing and writing for about another 15 mins without saying a word. Finally he then printed a paper informing me about the ROC process. Once i saw that i was like "yesss" after telling us about the instructions he then said i recommend you for approval and we're done here. we were there for about 30 mins tops, he didn't say that we were officially approved but it'll be reviewed and they'll notify me later, before i could get to the exit i got the approval txt and email.. Overall the process went smooth with no problems. |

Once i received my green card, i fulfilled my childhood dream of becoming a sailor in the US Navy, i just graduated bootcamp a few days ago and i was fortunate to become a US citizen while i was there, the process took about a month, its a very easy process while in the military.. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
