Consulate Review: Algiers, Algeria Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : June 13, 2013 Embassy Review : +++ Interview went well, not many questions. Courtesous interviewer. On time and well organized. --- Embassy was not responsive to emails (2wks usually) Embassy did not approve expedite request for about 1 month! Emabassy was not clear on procedure to retrieve visa. My wife was supposedely given a choice to either come pick up or they send it. But actually they only set an appointment for her 1 month later to retrieve the visa. The visa was issued/printed 1 day after interview... so basically lost one more month!! Rating : Moderate
