Embassy Review : I got APPRROVED and everything went smoothly. When I came to the embassy I saw two lines, all the immigration visa applicants have to stand in the right line, but in my case there was no one. So I got called up right away. The lady looked at my passport, checked me in, assigned me a number and sent me to the security check. From there they sent me to the next building, it was a little path that led there, no confusion.Once I got to the next building a greeter person welcomed me very nicely and explained what is going to happen. It is a big waiting hall with all the US states flags and 23 windows/counters. I had to go to window 22 right away, wait for 5 min and then a very nice officer took my passport and kept it, he then gave me my DHL Express Marke to fill out my address and gave me a receipt for tracking. I had to sit down and wait until my number would show up on one of the screens. I waited for roughly 1 hour and 45 min before my number showed up at one of the counters. The lady was really nice, she went through some data like residencies in the last 10 years and my name and such, she also took my fingerprints. I was allowed to sit down again for another 45 min before my actual interview. The interviewer was brief but nice and he asked the following questions:

What does your fiance do for a living?
What do you do for a living?
How did you meet him?
What do you two have in common?
What are your wedding plans
Since us meeting had to do with my semester in Spain, he asked what I did there?
When are you planning on flying to the US?

That was pretty much it, after all the questions he told me that my visa got approved and that it will be sent to me via DHL in a week.

All in all a good experience, nothing to be afraid of. Good luck everyone.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
