OVER ALL THE ITS A TIME WASTING PROCESS AS IN YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR LONGER TIME FOR NO REASON... BUT YOU CANT DO MUCH ABOUT IT- YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS PAINFUL PROCESS BEFORE YOU START LIVING WITH YOUR SPOUSE. ITS STILL KIND OF VERY ESAY AND STARIGHT FORWARD IF YOU HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND VALID PETITION. TECHNICALLY VISA COUNSELLOR CANT STOP YOU FROM MEETING YOUR SPOUSE ANS ALL WHAT THEY CAN DO IS, THEY CAN JUST STOP YOU AND PUT YOU IN AP FOR 3-5 MONTHS, BUT HONESTLY YOU WILL GET THE VISA ONE DAY!!! |
Processing Estimates/Stats : |
Your I-130 was approved in 179 days from your NOA1 date.
Your interview took 304 days from your I-130 NOA1 date. |

i HAVE THIS INTERVIEW ON 6TH SEPT 2012. I GOT THE APPROVAL AND I WITNESS EVERYONE WAS GETTING THE APPROVAL EXCEPT FOR TWO- ONE FEMALE WHO DIDNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT HER SPOUSE, THE TIME DIFFERENCE, AND A LOT OF OTHER THINGS AND A MALE WHO DIDNT HAVE ANY EVIDENCE OF RELATION SHIP LIKE PHOTOGRAPHS AND EMAIL/MSN/GCHAT/SKYPE/PHONE CALLS HISTORY. I BROUGHT ALL THE POSSIBLE DOCUMENTS OF MY SPOUSES FINANCIALS AND WEDDING INVITES/PHOTOGRAPHS/ HISTORIES OF GCHAT/PHONE CALL/VIBER/SKYPE/WHATSAPP...ETC.
BUT THE VISA COUNSELOR JUST ASKED ME COUPLE OF VERY COMMON QUESTIONS THAT ARE ALREADY AVAILABLE ON THE FORUM, I PREPARED FOR MY INTERVIEW FROM THOSE QUESTIONS AND THEY ASKED ME EXACT STUFF... LIKE WHOS SPONSORING YOU? WHAT DOES YOUR SPOUSE DO FOR LIVING? HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SPOUSE MAKE?...ETC HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTENED THE WEDDING? HE ALSO ASKED ME ABOUT MY PROFESSION? MY PLANS? ETC... OVER ALL ALL THE QUESTIONS WERE EASILY ANSWERABLE. AND I HAD NOTICED THAT THEY WERE ASKING SIMILAR QUESTIONS TO EVERYONE....
ONE THING I WANT TO ADD IS, ON THIS FORUM PEOPLE POST THEIR VIEWS ABOUT GETTING REJECTIONS/AP FOR MONTHS- THIS ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR CASE THAT HOW AUTHENTIC IS YOUR PETITION AND SECONDLY HOW DID THE PETITIONER GOT HIS/HER CITIZENSHIP. ITS JUST CASE SPECIFIC AND DOES NOT APPLIES TO EVERYONE IN GENERAL.
SO DONT GET SCARED AND DONT BELIEVE IN ALL THOSE POSTS JUST HAVE FAITH IN ALLAH!
YOUR VISA DECISION HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN EVEN BEFORE YOU WALK INTO FOR INTERVIEW, THEY CAN JUST PUT YOU IN AP IF YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW ABOUT YOUR SPOUSE AND HAVE ALL THE FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS PLUSS ALL WEDDING PICTURES AND ALL THAT YOU CAN BRING.
BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
