Embassy Review : THis is my Fiance's experience on Aug 27th. I was not able to be there.

The Filipino Consul ask a lot about the girls biological father, and he look like doubting that she never get married, and he ask for her cenomar or certificate of no marriage.

Then we waited for the screen to flash our lucky number.
1st question:Who is your petitioner today?
2nd: Where did he work and what is kind of work?
I was shock that we had already a picture there which you sent to them.
3rd:He show our picture and ask the girls, pointing to me in the pic, the girls answer chorusly, and very loudly, "Thats our Daddy Nick” They answered
Follow up question to the girls, what did you spent time or you bonding with you daddy? They said in tagalog “langoy”and the consul said what? laro? Then i said no sir, its langoy or swim. Ok he said. Your visa is approved!!!

Anyway,we start at around 7 am and we finished 9:30,very quick my love.and some applicants says that they prioritize my papers, but i know its not. As long as your documents are complete the fastest you could be done.

They did not look at any evedence she brought but it was better safe than sorry. I sent a lot of pics with original Petition which made it to the embassay. We are so Excited we have been waiting for this!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
