My First I-129F was denied due to mishandling by USCIS. Then my fiancee had her visa denied at the embassy because she didnt have a criminal record check from Australia because she had lived there 20 months. But in the end it worked out, it just costed lots of extra plane tickets and 2 I-129F fees. Fortunately they expedited this one. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 7 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 193 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
