Comments : Seattle POE is notoriously slow. Very crowded and not many officers. After 40 minutes of waiting, they directed us to a new line and a new window opened. The officer was extremely friendly and funny. I gave him my brown envelop and apologized that it was a bit torn after 20 hours of traveling around the world. He didn't seem to bother which was relieving. Photo and fingerprints as usual. Then he opened the envelop, stapled the I-94 on my passport and told me that I had to get married within 90 days and friendly suggested me to report any kind of ''domestic abuse'' if ever. He was very relaxed and knew what he was doing. I went to collect my bags and that was it! No extra questions asked.

Embassy Review : Medical Exam & K-1 Interview

I had my medical exam two weeks before my scheduled interview appointment. I chose to go to Evrokliniki ( Ευρωκλινική. I had a 1:30pm appointment and I was done at 2:05. The doctor checked my vaccination records and sent me to the nearby pharmacy to buy 2 more vaccines ( Flu shot and a Booster for Polio and such). He gave me the shots, completed the vaccination sheet and at the end he gave me a copy of it to keep.
He also took my blood pressure, checked my pulse, weight and hight, and did all the regular things that doctors do with the stethoscope. The only questions he asked was about my last period, if I was taking any medicine, major surgeries etc. He never asked me for alcohol or drug abuse and other things or checked my vision. I was done with it.
I went to another room to have some blood taken and then downstairs to have a chest X-ray. The woman at the reception told me that they'd send the results to the Embassy.

-Interview

I arrived there at 8:25am for an 8:30 appointment. I saw around 30 people waiting before me and I knew it'd be a long wait. After the security check where I had to give them my phone and a USB I had with me, I went to another room and a woman gave me a number and told me to wait until someone called me. I waited for about an hour before I saw my number flashing. I entered a small room with a chair and across me (glass between) there was a woman sitting. She spoke to me in Greek (no American accent), so I figured she was Greek. I gave her my passport, 2 photos, the DS-forms, birth certificate and visa payment receipt. ( I have already submitted the I-134 with my initial petition).
I waited a bit and when she came back, she gave me the X-ray results and told me to keep it and have it at POE with me.
She only asked 3-4 questions and she was writing them down:
-How many times have you been to the US?
-On what Visa?
-How did you meet your fiancé?
-Will this be your first marriage?

I asked her if she wanted to see evidence of ongoing relationship, and she said no.

Then she told me to wait outside until my number is called again so I can go for fingerprints and then talk with the consular officer so he can decide.
I also gave her my phone number so they'd call me and tell me to come and pick up my Visa.

I waited for about another hour, then simply went for fingerprints and about 20min later, my number flashed again and I entered the same room.
This time, a U.S officer was there and the woman that interviewed me before, was standing besides him.
We agreed to speak in English and he proceeded to ask me pretty much the same questions:
-How did you meet?
-Where is he working?
-Where does he live?
-Do you plan to live there (area) when you move?

And that was it. He was very friendly and the whole thing didn't take more than 3minutes. Once again, no recent evidence of ongoing relationship was asked from me. While he was interviewing me, he was looking at the photos we had submitted with our I-129F petition.
I was kinda bummed out that he didn't wanna see my evidence, because I had arranged them in a nice folder, with chronological order, starting with boarding passes, photos with captions, phone call screenshots, messages, cards/letter, facebook evidence and such. Anyways.

He said that we were done and I should expect a call from them later this week, to come pick up my passport and visa. So I asked him: '' Are we going to find out if we're approved by the end of the week?'' and he replied: ''No, you're already approved''.
I smiled and told him to have a great day.

Embassy Review : We had an appointment for 10:35 this morning. We arrived about 10 minutes early but we had to wait an hour to be called since it was really busy (there were at least 70 people waiting).
We went into the officer's room, took the oath and started answering typical questions like "what's your name, DOB, citizenship, address etc). Once we were finished with that, we went through the " Have you ever..." part. After that, he checked his paperwork to make sure he wasn't missing any documents like the marriage certificate, which he didn't, so although we were prepared and had all the originals, we were never asked to show anything. The officer seemed very professional and intimidating at the beginning but he became much more relaxed towards the end of the interview.
Like with the K-1 interview, I was asked how we met, when, where, how many times we visited each other and stuff like that. He then asked general questions about our wedding and wanted to see photos. He seemed pleased. Tip: saying to him that I had visited three times before moving here, made him say: that's very good and positive! So I guess that is something that they appreciate.
I offered to show him the extra photos we had brought with us, with activities and places that happened after the wedding. He appreciated it as well.
He then asked us if we had evidence of living together, bank accounts etc. Since we got our interview appointment only three months after applying, I told him that the only evidence we had was a joint bank account and our gym memberships. He said this was ok and he really seemed pleased when we reviewed our joint bank account ( they really want to see that you and your spouse are leaving in the same place/address).
He said that the evidence was convincing and that he had no reason to believe that we are not married, therefore he wouldn't ask to see our lease apartment agreement, which was awesome because we didn't have it with us since my name it's not in it. Phew.
After that, he said that he would approve us on the spot and started talking about the ROC process for future reference. He took my i-94 off my passport to make sure I wouldn't leave the country anytime before I received my Green card. Apparently they advice against leaving the US while you wait for your Green Card to be delivered.
That was it. By that time, he was much more relaxed and laid back and we even started talking about all the places we want to visit once I get my green card, like Canada since it's close and ended up talking about Canadian Thanksgiving.

Overall it was a fast process, people were polite and made us realize that overloading your case or bringing too much of everything, is not always necessary, since what they really want to make sure, is that couples are actually living together under the same address.
Harassment Level : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
