Event Description

Embassy Review : Ok I'm going to write this review from what my fiance Greg told me. His appointment was at 8am he arrived at around 7am. He was the first one there. He was the first person called. The only financial evidence they asked for along with the I-134 was my tax return and work letter. Then he sat down again until he got called for the actual interview where he was just asked when did you meet?, how did you meet? does she have a big family? Then she said to him 'well I see no problem here your visa is approved! He said it was SO simple! He also said one of the woman, can't remember if it was the first one who took his paperwork or the actual one who interviewed him, even said "I'll make this as quick possible so you can get back out and enjoy this weather."

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
