On May 17, 2012, you responded to the Notice ofIntent to Revoke and provided evidence to the claimed
relationship with the beneficiary. However, it is necessary to request for additional evidence of bona fide
relationship in order to give this petition a more favorable decision. Please submit the following:
• You submitted greeting cards with no postmarked envelopes. Please provide the postmarked envelopes
which the cards carne with.
• Evidence of communications- Please provide evidence of communication, but not limited to letters
with postmarked envelopes, phone records, emails, texts, and video chats. A submission of phone cards
alone is not sufficient. Phone cards cannot be verified without a copy of phone records which verifies
that those phone cards were used by the petitioner/beneficiary.
• Pre-marital contacts- The petitioner and the beneficiary stated in their statements that they met in
2009. Please provide evidence of communication during the pre-marital stage.
• Photographs- Photographs submitted were not dated. Please submit photographs which depicts the
date it was taken.

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
