Embassy Review : |
The US Consulate played good cop and bad cop. The female agent played bad cop and the male agent played good cop. The interview took 2 hours and they asked him so pretty out there questions. They took his documents, his passport and money for his visa and told him they would contact him on or before 28 Jan when his passport was ready. His interview was Dec 10, 2012. The female agent gave him a BS line saying that US miltary members are not allowed to marry none-US citizens, which is a total crock of you know what and also told him the decesion could take 3-4 months, as well as giving him the third degree about our age difference but mostly her questions to him involved his family. He also brought all the pictures we had taken together when we saw each other 3 times within a 9 month period, but the agent never asked for additional information or confirmation of our relatioinship. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
