Appointment was on 10/22 at 9:45 in the morning. I think she got there about an hour ahead of time and waited outside until 10:05 when her appointment time was called.
She went through document intake and then waited in "Zone B" for her interview.
She speaks both English and Mandarin. She was prepared to conduct the interview in English (we prepared in English) but it sounds like the CO kept defaulting back to Mandarin. At one point the VO (female) did test her English which was after she was asked how we communicate and she told her in English.
How did you meet?
How many times has he been to China?
How long did he stay first trip? How long second trip?
Has he met your family?
What does he do for a living?
How much money does he make?
Does he live in an Apt or a house? How many rooms?
How many times has he been married?
You still want to marry him even though he's divorced?
Does he have kids?
No kids even though he was married??
Why did he get divorced?
When was his last divorce?
How did he propose? When will you get married?
How do you communicate?
Are you CPP?
She lived in Europe for a couple years and there were no questions about that at all. We had withdrawn a previous I-129f last year and there were no questions about that. The VO seems most interested in the fact that I'm divorced...didn't have kids...and why she wanted to marry me.
As I mentioned, the interview was mostly Mandarin however, after VO asked the questions about how we communicate, she said, "English" and the VO asked the next three questions in English. I think maybe she just wanted to hear her English perhaps. Then she went back to Mandarin.
She told me that she often just kept talking about me when the VO was looking at papers or entering something in the computer. She would blah, blah, blah about me or our plans or about one of our trips. She said she felt the VO was losing patience with her a couple of times. hahaha
At the very end, she was waiting for the, "Congratulations, you've been approved!!"...but she was so preoccupied in her mind she didn't even realize she had passed when the VO slid her the white paper that said, "you're approved". She was so keyed on hearing Congratulations that she wasn't sure if she was approved...hahaha.
Then the VO said, if you have questions and sent her to window 23. She said she was asking the VO a question but she'd already called the next interview...haha...so she went to window 23 to ask more questions.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
