Embassy Review : Hello vj,

My husband went to his interview and hopedfully everything went well. The embassy called him in the morning to remind him of his appointment......interesting. They asked him if he had current police certificate, birth certificate ect.... I am surprise that they even called. He went by himself, I couldn't go with him because of work so I was patiently waiting by the phone. Maybe not that patient. He was there for 3.5 hours. He said that they were so busy inside. Here is exactly what happen.

1. Intake took all of his documents
2. The CO asked him to raise his hand and swear. He did
3. The CO gave him all of our USCIS and NVC front load and said these are from your wife. We don't need them so it is your gift to keep.
3. The CO told him we will call you in a week or two it will take us sometime to print the visa and required document. They gave him the domestic violence pamphlet and told him to read it. He said they were very nice.
4. That was it, they did not ask him one question at all. No questions asked because I already provided so much evidence at the USCIS and NVC level. Also, our k1 was denied previously for lack of bonafide relationship so I didn't want to take any chance with one. Hopefully he will get his visa next week so we can start making babies. Good luck to everyone else, I will update once he picks up his visa.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
