We got stuck and missed out on getting the interim EAD after the initial 90 days because St. Paul stopped issuing them. We did however get our case in with my senator and got the EAD a few weeks later. |

Our case was transfered to CSC in early April 2009. We did not recieve an interview but my husband was approved mid May. He recieved the I-551 because he was traveling and misplaced the extension letter for his greencard. We did an emergency Infopass appointment and got the stamp that day. |

I traveled to Morocco and Youssef's interview was scheduled while I was there. We went to Casablanca the morning of the interview, and waited. He was permitted to enter and I waited across the street in a cafe. At lunch he came out and had not had his interview yet. He went back at 1pm and had his interview about 1 hr later. It was brief, with questions about how we met, his relationship with my infant son, how many times I had visited him, how his family felt about me etc. She looked through our photos. My husband did the interview in English even though his English was far from perfect. She then told him he had been approved. She kept his passport and told him to return the next day after 1pm. We were in shock as we hadn't heard of cases coming out of Casa that fast. We stayed overnight and the next day went, picked up his passport with visa. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
