Comments : My fiance' arrived @ 1015pm from London. He flew from Ghana to London and then to New York on Virgin Atlantic. There were 4 other guys who arrived on the same flight from Accra on K1 visas as well. I waited for almost 2.5 hrs for the USCIS to complete the task and allow him to exit. The process was long but NOT difficult. He answered a few questions about me and then it was over. Processing his documents from the embassy was the longest part of it all.

Embassy Review : My fiance' arrived at 615am and waited until about 7am before he was caled inside the embassy. He paid the fee, had his finger prints taken and waited to be called for his interview. He was aksed three questions:

Who petitioned for you?

Who is the little girl in the pictures?

When was the last time you saw your fiance'?

He was told to return on Fri 2/8 to get his visa.

Glory be to God!!!!

Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
