Embassy Review : I arrived there at 7:15AM, the embassy was closed by then, so i went to some bakery and had a chocolate croisstant.. I went back to the embassy at 7:50AM, and was able to get inside at 8:15 after a thorough security check at the door. I took a number from the reception and went in. The called in my number and i gave them the required documents. I was called back in like 30 mins to go in for the interview... everything went smooth, the counselor was very nice and supportive. I got approved in like 8 minutes but she added, I'm not be able to give me the visa right away, your application requires additional administrative processing (t-country) "she didn't say this" but it's obvious........ she handed me a 221g white form, and told me we will call you and send you an email in like 1-2 weeks. Lebanon is considered one of the T-Countries.. my bad! oh i forgot to add that the electricity went off and on in a blink of any eye ...

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
