Comments : The interview went very smoothly at the consulate. They didn't ask me for any proof of marriage information that I assumed they would but that may have been because they saw I had a stack of proof. The interview itself took about 10 minutes and was very easy because I had done my homework and gotten all paperwork they wanted together.

Comments : They were very nice at the pre-screen. I had visited the US from Dec 2011 to March 2013 previously. I had come back again on the Visa Waiver Program in April of 2013 and was denied entry to the US because I had not been out of the country for 30 days at the time. I was two days short of 30 and was sent back to Ireland for that. During the pre-screen the guy asked me to explain the time I was sent back and I told him I honestly didn't know I had to be out of the US for 30 days before re-entering. He said it happens all the time but it was not a big deal.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
